Agriculture-focused deeptech startup Ecozen raised the first tranche of ₹54Cr led by Dare Ventures

Agriculture-focused deeptech startup Ecozen raised the first tranche of INR 54 Cr led by Dare Ventures, where existing investors Caspian and Hivos-Triodos Fonds for equity funding with investors such as Northern Arc, UC Inclusive Credit, Maanaveeya, and Samunnati also participated.

Ecozen primarily provides irrigation and cold storage products that enable farmers to increase yield and store their produce for longer periods of time. The funding will be used to expand the startup's footprint beyond India and to expand its product offering. It also uses data analytics and an internet of things (IoT) platform to analyse crop health and provide insights remotely.
