Amazon is considering expanding its satellite internet business, Project Kuiper, to India

Amazon appears to have identified another market to launch Project Kuiper, its fast and affordable internet service.

According to job postings, the American e-commerce company is looking to hire managers in India to launch the internet service, for which the company intends to use a low-Earth orbit satellite constellation. One position, based in Bengaluru, seeks a manager to execute and manage the project's licencing strategy in India and the Asia-Pacific region. In addition, the company is looking for a business strategy lead for its Country Development team in order to "launch and operate" the broadband service globally.
