Asian data centre operator Princeton Digital Group (PDG) raised $500 million in an equity led by Abu Dhabi state fund Mubadala where existing shareholders Warburg Pincus and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board also participated.

PDG is a leading pan-Asian data centre operator with a presence in the region's key digital economies. It has a portfolio of 20 data centres and provides scalable and reliable infrastructure to internet companies, cloud companies, and financial institutions. The funds will allow PDG to strengthen its position as Asia's leading data centre operator by expanding its presence in Japan, India, Singapore, China, and Indonesia.
