Audio streaming platform Pocket FM raised $65 million in funds led by Goodwater Capital, Naver, and an existing investor Tanglin Venture Partners.


Pocket FM is an Indian language social audio platform where users can find high-quality audio shows such as Audiobooks, Stories, and Podcasts. The new funds will be used to strengthen the company's leadership position, expand into new languages, invest in AI capabilities, and build a large audio creator community. In eight languages, the platform provides over 100,000 hours of enriching long-form content, audio series, stories, novels, podcasts, and knowledge shows. It claims to have more than 50 million users and more than 3 billion monthly listening minutes.
