B2B manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk acquired three businesses to strengthen its different verticals

B2B manufacturing unicorn Zetwerk acquired three businesses to strengthen its different verticals, for a total of INR 100 Cr.

It purchased a majority stake in SharpTank, a 30-year-old oil and gas company; Pinaka Aerospace Solutions, a provider of aerospace, defence, and infrastructure components; and The Wardha, a fabric solutions provider, from Wheels India. Zetwerk claims to provide communication solutions to India's defence forces and government research organisations such as DRDO and ISRO. The startup intends to merge synergies with Pinaka Aerospace in this manner in order to take India's aerospace manufacturing global. SharpTanks is widely regarded as one of India's leading procurement, fabrication, and construction firms, with extensive design capabilities. It serves clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, fertiliser, and chemical industries.
