Beauty brand RENEE Cosmetics raised $10 million in Series A led by Mensa brands where existing investors including Equanimity and 9Unicorns also participated. To date, the brand has raised a total of $11 million, including the current round.


According to RENEE Cosmetics, it is a cruelty-free beauty brand that offers a variety of eye makeup, lip colours, skin serums, and highlighters. RENEE Cosmetics intends to invest heavily in strengthening the brand's presence and expanding its offline presence. A portion of the fund will also be used for catalogue expansion and marketing budgets. RENEE sells its products through all major online channels as well as over 500 stores across the country. The Indian Cosmetics Market was worth approximately $13 billion in FY20 and is expected to reach $29 billion in FY26.
