BNPL startup ShopSe raised $6.1 million as a part of its Series A funding from BEENEXT and others


Buy now pay later(BNPL) startup ShopSe raised $6.1 million as a part of its Series A funding from BEENEXT, Chiratae Ventures and White Venture Capital, the VC firm is backed by Amrish Rau and Jitendra Gupta.


The pay-later marketplace on ShopSe provides instant customisable credit solutions at the point of purchase. Its marketplace connects lenders and retailers to provide EMI solutions to customers both online and offline. It provides credit solutions at the point of purchase without requiring any documentation, instead examining credit eligibility digitally. ShopSe intends to use the new funds to expand its service to 150,000 additional retailers and expand lender partnerships. The Mumbai-based startup also intends to invest in building a strong team and expanding platform capabilities.
