Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods raised about $43 million in funds led by Winter Capital

Cloud kitchen startup Curefoods raised about $43 million in funds led by Winter Capital, which contributed about $14.7 million where existing investors Chiratae Ventures infused about $1.6 million, while Accel India invested $3.9 million and Iron Pillar put in $10 million.

Curefoods is aiming to build a multi-brand portfolio, similar to US-based Thrasio, which pioneered the business of acquiring and scaling Amazon brands. Curefoods also buys, incubates, and licences other food brands. Its portfolio includes 20 brands, 15 of which have been fully acquired. It intends to use the new funds to expand into new markets and fund new acquisitions.
