Cloud telephony company Exotel acquires AI platform Cogno AI to boost cloud customer engagement


Cloud telephony company Exotel has now announced the acquisition of Cogno AI, an artificial intelligence-powered omnichannel cloud communications platform. The acquisition will expand its product suite with conversational AI and co-browsing capabilities, bringing it one step closer to becoming an AI-driven platform for customer engagement.
