Content optimisation startup, Instoried raised $200 million capital commitment from alternative investment firm, GEM.
The startup has signed an agreement with the investment firm that will allow it to expand its operations. GEM will offer a share subscription facility of up to $200 million, which will be available to be drawn upon the startup's public listing. The commitment will be conditioned on Instoried filing for an IPO within 36 months of signing the agreement. The startup will use the funds to expand its global footprint, including marketing efforts in the United States. The funds will also be used to expand product development and increase top-level hiring.
