Curefoods acquired majority stake in Frozen Bottle

Cloud kitchen brands aggregator Curefoods announced a majority stake acquisition of milkshake brand, Frozen Bottle.

Frozen Bottle has a large selection of frozen desserts, thick shakes, and ice cream jars. With this agreement, the cloud kitchen startup hopes to expand Frozen Bottle's footprint to 50 cities with more than 250 outlets. Frozen Bottle intends to broaden its dessert offering. More snack-based brands are expected to be added to the Frozen Bottle portfolio in order to cater to a broader audience with varying needs both physically and online. It is currently present in over 26 cities and has over 150 outlets. It also intends to open more than 500 stores over the next five years.
