Curefoods buys 7 food brands to expand its cloud kitchen footprint in India.

Curefoods, the cloud kitchen startup that runs the Cure-fit-launched but independently run foodtech Eat-fit, has announced the acquisition of 7 D2C food brands across the country.

Curefoods currently has 10 brands in its portfolio, with seven of them being new acquisitions, including CakeZone, MasalaBox, Paratha Box, Ammi's Biryani, two Hyderabad-based pizza brands- Olio and Crusto and Chaat Street. Curefoods is considering bringing on 25 new brands. 15 more letters of intent have already been signed by the company (LOIs). When onboarding such brands, it is customarily followed by a 21-day period of end-to-end closure.
