D2C Brands Join Ventures raised $10 million in Series A from DSG Consumer Partners and others

House of Celebration-focussed D2C Brands Join Ventures raised $10 million in Series A from DSG, Rajiv Dadlani Group, 9Unicorns and Venture Catalysts.

Join Ventures owns and operates a portfolio of digital-first direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in the categories of fresh, food, home, and fashion. Join Ventures intends to use the funds to expand its dark store network, develop new products through technological advancements, and improve logistics. The company, which has 25 locations in India and Singapore, claims to be processing over 3 million orders per year. In the first half of 2021, homegrown D2C startup brands received more than $250 million from venture capital (VC) investors, nearly as much as the total amount invested in such businesses through 2020.
