Dairytech startup Country Delight raised $108 million in Series D led by Venturi Partners and Temasek, along where SWC Global and Trifecta Capital with other existing investors, including IIFL Asset Management, Elevation Capital, Orios Venture Partners and Matrix Partners India, also participated.
Country Delight operates on a subscription-based model, sourcing milk from farmers and delivering it to customers' doors. The funds will be used by the startup to add new categories, narrow its focus on existing categories, and expand its footprint across the country. The startup claims to have grown tenfold in the last three years and to have served over 1.5 million customers in India. Every month, it delivers over 8 billion orders across 11 states in the country.
