Ecommerce startup GoKwik raised $15 million in Series A led by Sequoia Capital India

Ecommerce enablement startup GoKwik raised $15 million in Series A led by Sequoia Capital India where existing investors Matrix Partners India and RTP Global also participated.

GoKwik is a platform for resolving issues with online shopping experiences on e-commerce websites. The new funds will be used to hire more professionals and develop new products to increase conversion rates across the funnel, in addition to strengthening the company's existing offerings. Clients such as The Man Company, Manmatters, Vmart, and V2Retail, according to the company, are already seeing a reduction in RTO (return to origin) metrics after deploying GoKwik's proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
