According to reports, the acquisition will allow Northwest Executive Education and Great Learning to expand their offerings in markets such as India, the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Northwest will continue to operate independently, with its cofounders – Mohit Jain, Tamhant Jain, and Maitreyi Singhvi – continuing to lead the company.
