Edtech startup iNurture raised $15 million in a mix of debt and equity from ADM Capital. As part of the agreement, iNurture's existing investor VenturEast will exit the company, and ADM Capital will acquire its shares.


iNurture is a student-focused online learning platform. The new funds will be used to expand iNurture's National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) programmes, develop its technology stack, and strengthen its global education network. It claims to have collaborated with over 30 university campuses in India and to offer over 50 programmes on campus. It has over 15,000 students enrolled in its programmes.
