Fintech unicorn Razorpay announced an ESOP liquidation program worth $75 million where Lightspeed Venture Partners and Moore Strategic Ventures participated.


The fintech unicorn stated in a press release that it was the company's largest ESOP buyback programme to date, with approximately 650 current and former employees participating. After purchasing the ESOPs from the 650 participants, Lightspeed and Moore will join the company's capitalization table. Airtel, BookMyShow, IRCTC, Aditya Birla Capital, NSE, and Swiggy are among the companies that claim to accept digital payments through their platform.
