Ecommerce unicorn Flipkart decided to discontinue one of its seller services, SMART Fulfillment. The change will take effect on August 1, 2022.
Sellers had to store their products in a separate area within their warehouses under SMART Fulfillment in order to qualify for faster deliveries. The sellers were also required to keep the warehouses in accordance with Flipkart's guidelines. Sellers could only include a certain number of listings, and orders in those listings had to be fulfilled on priority, with same-day pickups required. These products bear the 'F-Assured' label.
