The leading online retailer Flipkart has recently launched a variety of post-sales services on its app with a view to scalability.

Users will be able to easily book repair, maintenance, and installation requests using the service, which is conveniently located under the ‘Home Product Services’ tab on its app. To scale the offering, the industry leader in e-commerce will use its service division, Jeeves. A variety of devices, such as mobile phones, home appliances, laptops, furniture, and consumer electronics, will be supported by the service platform.
