The mega IPO of One97 Communications received 56 per cent subscription so far on the third and final day of the stake sale on Wednesday.
The $24 billion initial stake sale, which began on Monday, was subscribed to 18% at the end of day one and 48% on day two. It is the largest initial public offering (IPO) in Indian history. According to BSE data, until 11.35 a.m. on Day 3, investors bid for 2,69,70,654 equity shares, or 56% of the total issue size of 4,83,89,422 equity shares. The portion reserved for retail investors was bid on 1.36 times, while the quota for institutional buyers was bid on 56% of the time. Meanwhile, according to BSE data, non-institutional investors have only subscribed for 6% of the total.
