Tunisian edtech startup GOMYCODE raised $8 million in Series A led by AfricInvest

Tunisian edtech startup GOMYCODE raised $8 million in Series A led by AfricInvest where Cathay AfricInvest Innovation Fund (CAIF), and Proparco; Wamda Capital also participated.

GOMYCODE began in Tunisia and has since expanded to eight countries in the Middle East and Africa. The funds will aid the startup's mission to democratise technology education throughout the MEA region (Middle East and Africa). Every month, over 1000 new students enrol in one of GOMYCODE's 30 educational courses to learn in-demand digital skills. The mission of the company is to bridge the skills gap between MEA's existing educational infrastructure and the digital skills required in today's global job market.
